The suggester has this to say about Not Entirely Green and its artist, *signmeupscotty: "If I were to describe Marcus' photography using only one word, that would be "simplicity". This photo describes his style the best. He uses clean, refreshing colors that are certain to ease your mind and boost your energy."

Description

Two tulips in a green vase in front of a green wall, standing on my out of date'ish TV-set. Normally I hate the vignetting of my kit lens. But I tend to like it in this photo. And since I've seen plenty of photos with a PS'ed vignette, there seem to be others out there, who feel the same way.

Contest entry for the S I M P L E contest.
This photo is simply green with a very simple setup and composition. It's simple statement is, that real beauty lies in simplicity; no need for whistles and bells. There is even an acronym for this principle: K.I.S.S. (Keep It Simple Stupid).

Yay! I am so happy! After five years on dA - my first DD. Thank you so much to ~since91 for suggesting this photo, and thank you very much `Katerina423 for accepting it!

What a fantastic photo! I absolutly love the bright contrast between the wall and the flowers. Red just Pops against the pale green. While I'm on the flowers I like that they are each at a different point of opening, this gives a unique take on this style of photo. I also love the vase you used. the graduating color from the dark of the table to the light of the wall draws you eyes upward to the leaves and flowers.
I also enjoyed the highlight you caught in the vase it is nice and uniform! Great job on this photo
