Queen Athari Visits Pluto

and I are doing an art trade, so here is my half!

This is Queen Athari, the mother of Sailor Mercury and the kind monarch of Mercury. She is visiting the distant planet of Pluto and reading a book in the royal gardens. Because the planet is so far from the warming light of the sun, Pluto utilizes a system of infrared light that has been stabilized to warm the planet. However, because of this system, all the light on Pluto is blue. Athari feels right at home, although she is wearing a sweater to keep warm. I suppose it could be a magically or scientifically enhanced sweater, but I think people in the Silver Millennium are made of stronger stuff and don't need any fancy suits to keep from freezing to death.

I think I might shade this at a later date, but for now it looks very nice to me.
