Chock Full o'Madness

Many know of the Elder God Cthulhu. The great horror from beyond that sleeps in the depths of the Pacific. He who's very appearance has been known to drive men mad. Though not many know of his endorsements for a peculiar brand of coffee for which he had a fondness.

It is said that this most evil of brews' flavor was so complex it would drive even the most hardened coffee lover insane. Some say the beans were grown in a place many eons old, were logic fails and even the geometry itself seemed to cross into other dimensions.

It's name was Chock Full o'Madness.

Chock Full o'Madness was big in the late 20's and sold primarily in and around the seaside village of Innsmouth, Massachusetts; though the locals seemed to be unaffected by the coffee's power. This is one of a few remaining ads that feature Cthulhu himself. It was found in the collection of papers and notes from a prominent professor of Semitic languages at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island.

Not much is known about the coffee's maker or why it mysteriously disappeared. What is certain is it will appear again, when the stars are right and certain Elder God needs a morning pick-me-up.
