Description
someone asked me about using wings to apply simple bevels to a hard edge. I couldn't explain it wvery well so i made a example.
top shows the shaders in action on the cube and bottom shows the work mode.
this is done from left to right
1: cube with no bevel
2: cube with 1 bevel on 1 edge
3: cube with 1 bevel on 2 edges
4: cube with 1 bevel on 3 edges.
for each edge you select you get 1 face at a set angle. as you progress with selecting more edges the bevel begins to form a curve. you can also bevel vertices and faces directly but beveling edges produces a better result for say like in architectural design.
