Description
Same deal as with the leather pouch here at [link]
I realise I could make this entirely out of corrugated cardboard and it would be a very nice cosplay prop already, but seeing that I have ready access to leather offcuts and the tools to work it...it dawned on me that I could go ahead and make a REAL quiver. (Well that's what I assume it is, since arrows appear in it when you equip the Huntsman, and the kukri is drawn from his side.)
This was a bit more complex, but I've left the plan up for people to follow. I am a total noob in leatherworking and I'm certain this thing might offend the sensibilities of DA's very skilled resident leatherworkers and bowyers, but then I'm self-taught and don't have complex tools.
E-cookies for whoever can guess why I added a little adjustable buckle for the smaller strap near the top even though its not on the canon images of Sniper . To paraphrase Engie, it solves _practical problems_.
FORGOT TO ADD IN THE IMAGE: At top right, the three rectangular pieces are made of DIFFERENT THICKNESSES of leather. From left to right, the first is two very HARD (like heavy boots) pieces sandwiching a piece of foam, the second is SOFT (like upholstry sort of texture), and the last one is a single layer of the HARD stuff.

Ahh this is great! I made the pouch out of leftover materials I had using your pouch tutorial. It was amazingly helpful and turned out perfectly. I'm currently working on this one and I just wanted to ask how long in inches is the main body of the quiver? I can tell it's over 12 inches obviously but you don't have it labeled in the photo. Even a good guess/estimation would be fine, I'd just like an idea.
Thank you very much and rely soon C:
