Would you Rather?

A friend of mine would always want to play this game growing up. He, however, would just pick two common things and wouldn't be gross or macabre about it. I wanted to bring this game back. So, me and the guys at work play it. Only now it has the twisted side where we try to pick the grossest things or two things that are so hard to choose from that it's hard to pick.
