Of Daegon Smithys and Jewlers

On an amusing note I'm actually currently working on another doll these two. XD

So here is a good example of both genders of the crystal daegon sub-species.

As you can see they have a mostly human appearence with some dragon characteristics. Over generations they eventally lost the wings of their ancestors however crystal dragon could not fly and used the wings for attacting mates anyway. But they kept the glittering tails and frilled ears instead.

This couple in particular is Orrin a blue daegon and Elenna a green one. The color of a crystal daegon is not influenced by their parent's coloring at all and can be any color of the rainbow. Females of the species are the only ones who retained the ability to turn any liquid into crystals of any size. Males however are quite talented at forging setting for the jems created by females.

Orrin is a very boisterous guy who uses his dragon strength to rough up humans and other weaker species when he is traveling. Elenna is still trying to figure out why she decided to accept his advances and accomplancies him on his journey to find unusal water types to make expensive jewelry. He's pretty greedy but he has his uses and can also forge all kinds of weapons as well.

I don't think I have EVER worked so hard on a doll before. :C Also El's hair kept growing as I drew it. You can adopt the seperate dolls on my site later.
