If I'd have to choose, my favorite X-Men: the Animated Series episodes are X-Men TAS S03E08 and S03E09: Savage Land, Strange Heart. In the beginning of Savage Land, Strange Heart: Part 1, Sauron hypnotizes to fall unconscious and then abducts her to the Savage Land.
I always loved, loved, LOVED this scene and in 2010 I ordered a series of full-page commissions from mhunt that would tell this story. This is the 4th page which was (briefly and from a large distance) shown in the animated series where Sauron armcarries the unconscious Storm into the citadel.
