ds: outfit meme

I never really thought about the layers on this outfit, so
this was sort of interesting to put together. I think it's a
bit off [mostly the extra tails to the skirt, i had not thought
about their origin til this meme!] but I will figure it out better
later LOL But for now this is a good representation of how
the outfit is put together. xD

It's kind of amusing to look at the current incarnation of this
outfit compared to how it was originally:
