She is one of my new OCs. I have yet to develop a name for her, but~ it'll come to me eventually. So I'm not worried.
My younger cousin, however, gets annoyed with me because I do not start by making up names for most characters and, instead, draw them at the beginning. I do not care how I begin making them, since most of the time the creations are just random doodles that I really like. =d
Anyway~
She was drawn in MSPaint, and that's basically all there is to say. =]
