Pixel-dolling Tutorial-Part 2

Finally put myself to do the second part of the tutorial on pixel I did, I couldn't explain things very well here, because I shade instinctively how I feel like doing it, and everytime is different, still I hope this helps some people improve themselves, tell me what you think!!!
