Kaito 'Lucas' Naruse // Codename: KITE

Personality:
Lucas is a sadistic, mentally unstable individual who tends to get 'high' when he's out there holding a gun. Most of the time, he tends to be lazy,chilled, happy-go-lucky annoying prick, but sometimes he gets into that 'cold-assed calculating freak' mode, where he speaks in an extremely polite language and is all business-like. The gap is quite severe, almost like a split personality.

History:
Anything about Lucas is pretty much unknown, except that he moved around a lot of different countries while growing up, and speaks 5 different languages.

Modification:
Lucas was more than happy to be 'experimented' on, upon hearing that he will get new fabulous ways to torture his preys. Thankfully, the operation was successful, but it came with a heavy price= he needed to get 12 hours of sleep everyday.
However, his newly acquired abilities lets him stimulate the nerve ends of his preys and make them feel pain, without needing to stimulate the nerves physically. HE FREAKING LOVES THIS ABILITY

Weapons: Pretty much anything that'd cause misery and pain and make him happy, but he carries two modified Beretta 92FS Brigadier, and a custom-colored TDI Kriss Super V Vector.
