Xerna Radical Type-221

Pronounced "zer-na"

The Xerna Rifle is a radical concept that is a gravity type fed weapon. Instead of using spring fed or gravity fed stationary magazines, the magazine actually "falls" as you shoot projecting the bullets out of there casing in a hole puncher like manner. The advantages this yields is a much quicker ROF and and cutting the reload process in half by simply dropping the magazine once it is empty.

The green arrow is the direction the magazine goes while it fires, and the red arrows are where the bullets travel through the barrel.
