This is the final version of my "Kio Expression: Lily".
She is fully legal, and even though she isn't the Windows 100% version, I still think I did a reasonable job on her.
No Windows 100% parts were used.
Kio parts ARE editable/redistributable (EXCEPT Miki and Lily).
