THIS right here is the (old) cover to the comic of Team Awai. As you can probably tell, it is based off of the storyline of PMD2: Explorers of Time/Darkness/Sky.
I worked long and hard on it, and it was totally worth it!
Okay... So Hotaru is the human-turned-mudkip, and Amie is her friend and partner, a chimchar. Just like the PMD story goes, Hotaru wakes up on a beach one day, to find that she had lost her memory and turned into a Mudkip! It is there that she meets Amie the Chimchar... Anyway, I think most people know what happens after that. For those who haven't I won't spoil it. But there ARE a few plot twists here and there, so don't expect it to be exactly the same.

You know, I miss the days when things were hand drawn...digital is great and all but it doesn't have the same feel. You can see each stroke from the pencil and it looks more authentic.
