Return of next-gen Moon

Full title: Return of the next Moon generation

YAY! First real Sailor Moon piece EVER!!! Also, first character art for my fanfic - The Other Eternal. (That was its project name, but they tend to stay like that )

I drew this to my notebook, scanned and re-did it on computer, as usual, because my scanner kills everything that isn't black when scanned.

This is Eternal Sailor Neo Moon, or Chibi-Usa. Well, she's 14, so she isn't so chibi anymore. That's why she goes by the name Rini in my fanfic.
The story would start by her returning to 20th century, to year 1999, to be specific. Before she left, she was given a new transformation brooch by her mother, Neo-Queen Serenity. This brooch allowed Rini to transform into Eternal Sailor Neo Moon and fight alongside Usagi as a real Moon senshi. (featured in the top right corner)

About the design:
Boots are wrong is this one. I changed the design after I had made this, so I couldn't fix it anymore. The boots are supposed to be v-shaped, not pointy like they are here. Also, the heels should be higher but I just drew it like that. Can't draw high heels. Othervise the design is done.

My point in the fanfic was to give the senshi the eternal upgrade they didn't get in the anime. And I wanted ChibiMoon to show she's a Moon senshi, not just any solar guardian for the Moon princess. That's why her outfit here is identical to Moon's Eternal fuku from anime.
But if everyone gets an upgrade, what does Sailor Moon get? Well, she gets bigger wings ;D And new powers.

Okay, so the colors I used in the fuku are almost identical to Sailor Moon. There's ChibiMoon's original pink, but the red and yellow are toned down, because they wouldn't look too good with full saturation. (White is white and that's it.)

The brooch is a bit off, as the gems aren't the same size. The pink gem in the bottom is ChibiMoon's Silver Imperium Crystal, but this, it's... Yes, that's right, PINK! So it's more 'Pink Imperium Crystal', but that really doesn't sound good. So it's general name will be 'Imperial Moon Crystal'. Applies to all Moon crystals.

That wand. Yes, it's Sailor Moon's Moon Stick from the first season. I wanted to give it to ChibiMoon. And this time it's fully effective. Not a comic relief her attacks have been in 3rd and 4th season. In 5th, she didn't even do ANYTHING! Except from fading away. In my fanfic, she will have a bigger role.

Anatomy both sucks and is great. This is my first piece where the legs don't look like sticks, but those fingers are just awful. Also, first piece ever where I colored the lineart! I feel really accomplished with this piece!
