Hi I think someone traced your piece, made recolors and is selling it on their redbubble account and I thought I'd let you know.
I'm not 100% certain, but this person has traced other (official) artwork, your artwork is the first result on Google images for "Sailor Moon Bows" and his image looks way too similar to yours.
