It's too cold to go outside

Very nicely done! Great attention to detail with the frost on the windows, most people forget that part in winter scenes.

You asked for advice on how to improve the picture so here is what I would do if I were you. First, around her face you can see a bit of roughness where you removed the background. Next time add a bit of feathering to your selection. Try 1 px at first and if that isn't enough try 2px. If neither of those work to your liking use your Soften brush on a low opacity (around 5-10) and just trace around her face on the edge a bit.

Aside from that is her lack of reflection in the window. With the candle on the right you should see her reflection in the window. Just try duplicating her layer and mirror imaging her. Then lower the opacity to what looks normal, probably no more than 25. Then using the move tool place her in the right place on the window. Then use your eraser brush and go over the wood frame of the window on the reflection layer as her reflection wouldn't show on wood, but a shadow cast from her would.
