Description

Yup, I made another Tardis. Why? Most likely because I'm crazy and like to torture myself. >.< Actually the simple answer if because I unexpectedly sold the first one and I still really wanted another one to sell at my convention this weekend. So Tardis 2.0 was made.

If you look at the original one, you'll notice I've made some changes. Namely that being the size. This Tardis has the proper proportions to match the one from the show ( a whole inch taller) and has a slightly different construction of the roof. This is much more like what I wanted the first one to look like but, live and learn as they say. Pattern creating is always an interesting experience. >.<

Another thing to note for this Tardis is I put a layer of very thin cardboard on the bottom and sides to help it keep it's rigid box shape better once it was stuffed. The cardboard is thin enough to allow much hugging and loving, though without feeling hard and unmovable. ^_^ I shall call this a success and have altered my pattern accordingly. *nods*

And yes, is has a sound chip in it. ^_~The sound chip is activated when you press the light on top of the phone box and plays the Tardis dematerialization noise. I've finally created a short video of the sound card in action and it can be viewed here on my youtube account.

That's pretty accurate! If you decide to sell or make available, the pattern, I'll be onto that! Good job.
