Description
My neon/sparkle/whatever snow leopard Marlo.
And for the first time, I'm revealing the right side of her face.
When Marlo was a cub (born to a normal-colored snow leopard mother), she was discovered by some trappers, who killed her mother and captured Marlo, intending to sell her for her unique pelt.
She changed hands for several weeks before escaping, but not before one person gave her the large X-shaped scar on her shoulder as a sort of brand, another pierced her left ear with a green stud (also a method of showing ownership), and yet another burned one side of her face as a sadistic punishment when she lashed out at him. She emerged from captivity still very young, but now emotionally crippled.
I know that nothing about this story or her appearance makes any sense. But most of my characters are pretty realistic. I'm allowed to have one or two really fantastical ones.
