Description
Double Hemisphere map template with Polar insets in Stereographic Projection with a 15° graticule.
In The GIMP, simply open and specify pixel dimensions to render.
In Inkscape open the Layers palette to turn on the background and feature layers and start drawing. The background and feature layers are masked.
Should work with any other SVG capable software.

Is there a 10 degree version of this? DOn't get me wrong, I love it, but I have templates of the borders for 10 degrees as well.
