Quite nice! However, I would like to point out a few problems.

First, the hooves. Catch me nitpicking, but the hooves... To me, they seem a bit short. Leg length isn't a bother; just the hooves. Second, you missed the secondary fringe Celestia has, resting under the crown, and what surrounds her horn. Not to mention the body seems a little.. Short. Just a bit! Which is not too noticeable, it just feels blank to me. And lastly, the back of the mane, just behind the crown. It seems too high-leveled. Quite a catch for the viewer, though.

Even with those errors, everything you have done here is amazing. The shading and detail of the mane and tail are quite astonishing, and even the glance of the cutie mark is remarkable.
