Twelfth present is Amy Rose. Now, we all know it's her life ambition for Sonic to admit his feelings for Amy (whether or not he has him is the big question)--so she plays the old rule, "To get to a man's heart, go through his stomach." So when she gives him access to his favorite food he exclaims that he loves her... LoL it might not be in the way she wants him to mean them but it's enough for her to faint in his arms. Sonic's a bit confused about her reaction (not realizing what his word's could be interpreted as). How cute.
