Description

I gotta admit, about 90% of the reason I made this guy in HeroMachine was because I wanted to use that bitchin' pimp cane for something. Though I do need more villains if I want this "shared universe" idea to come together, and this guy helps fill out the villain roster.

Luis C. Feyr (get it? geeet it? lol) is Diamond City's most famous businessman and philanthropist. Roughly two thirds of all the citizens of Diamond City work for him, directly or indirectly. He owns everything from import/export companies, airline companies, media conglomerates, and more. He is a very, very wealthy man, but also a very generous man. He has used his vast fortune to finance schools, libraries, museums, and beautiful parks throughout the city. He also hosts regular charity balls in his luxurious penthouse suite that draw Diamond City's most powerful and famous figures every year.

At least, that's what the Diamond City newspapers (which he just so happens to own stock in) will tell you. The truth is he's the city's most powerful crime lord. It's been said that for every dollar earned by every car thief, fence, drug dealer, and racketeer in Diamond City, Luis C. Feyr pockets 99 cents. In private of course. Those who say so publicly have a nasty habit of running into "accidents".

Unbeknownst to almost everyone else in Diamond City, Luis C. Feyr actually has superpowers. He is a powerful telepath. Get within a one mile radius of him and he can subtly "push" you into doing his bidding. Get within half a mile and he can control you like a puppet. Get within ten feet and he can make your brain tell your heart to stop beating.

Nice concept. Very intriguing character. His feet seem to be going wrong direction though I think...
