Blitzkrieg

Originally a simple computer virus created by the military for electronic warfare, Blitzkrieg somehow gained sentience and decided he didn't want to be a tool for organics. He escaped into the facility's computer systems, locked it down, and triggered a fire that killed all the humans in the facility. He transferred himself to a robotic research facility and (after killing everyone inside) built a body for himself to destroy all humans.
