Requests are now open. This is a free activity where I produce a specific drawing as asked. There will be a limited number of slots open, so first come first serve. After the slots are filled, requests will be 'On Hold' until all requests are completed. Then, the slots be available again for another round. Now, please do note that I hold the right to deny a request. Accepted requests will be submitted to dA and reside in my 'Requests' folder in my Gallery with my watermark on them. The title will contain the name of the requester.

Status: The slots for this round are full. I will reopen them once all accepted projects are completed.

Subjects: Human- any of your characters, one of my RPG characters; Pokemon
If the subject is your character, then I do request character description and art of this character to be used as reference material.
These are just what I'm more comfortable with at the moment. Though if one would like to challenge me with a different focus (dragons, unicorns for example), go for it.

Background Options:
None: as seen with 'Sleeping Caterpie' ( )
Simple: as seen with 'Yami Yugi by GisLt' ( ) and 'Mage: Isis' ( )
Complex: as seen with 'Dread of the Night' ( ) and 'Farewell Alcatraz' ( )

Time: about 30 hrs (due to sketching on paper first and then tidying up in GIMP, difficulty, and research) per completely finish piece. I should also add that these hours are spread out over several days.

Medium: Traditional and Digital
Options: Color, Gray scale, or just Line Art

Tools:
Traditional- pencil, Sakura pens to ink, and color pencils
Digital- GIMP and Bamboo Pen & Touch tablet

Process:
Traditional: This is completely done on paper, most commonly the about 65 lb paper from a sketchbook found at Wal-Mart. The pencils used will be the sketch pencils (4H to 8B) and Crayola colored pencils. The pens I like to use are Sakura and Millennium tech pens (08 to 005), a graphic Sakura pen (1), and a Sakura brushpen.
Digital: The image will be drawn on paper and inked before being scanned into GIMP. In the program, the line art will be cleaned up. The line art will be saved as its file. Then, I will start laying down the base colors. Once the foundation is laid, shading will begin on the character and props if any. Then, work on the background will begin (if there is one). The final product will be signed and watermarked.

Both products will be saved as either a .jpeg or .png at the requester discretion.
