That though I may be willing to ATTEMPT to draw most creatures, some might not meet my normal skill level.

COMPLICATED/OVER-THE-TOP DESIGNS and EYE-BURNING COLORS will affect price, and whether or not I'll even agree to draw it.

Don't pay me before I officially accept the commission. Same as adoptables, I will assume you donated out of the kindness of your heart.
When you DO pay me, I usually ask for the payment in pieces (EX: upload thumbnail sketch, won't go on until a certain amount is paid. Upload thumbnail, won't post until paid). This can be negotiated.

EDIT: I feel I must clarify something. I am willing to do things not listed above, but these are what I can do the best, most often, the easiest, and the quickest. Also, prices are subject to complexity and difficulty.

PRICES NEGOTIABLE

Payment negotiable. Expect to pay half at sketch thumbnail, the rest at the end (exception: sketches. Pay all at once, or if the sketch is complicated, halfway through). I normally try to provide thumbnails as proof of completion before requesting payment. In most cases, I will expect at least part of the payment before completion.
If your account becomes banned/deactivated/otherwise unused, I will require further notification before completing the commission.
    --If I do not receive notification within a determined time period, I will stop working on it and probably resell
    --If I do not receive notification within a determined time period, expect no refunds
    --If I do not receive notification within a determined time period, I retain the right to refuse to continue
    --If I do not receive notification within a determined time period, I retain the right to resell/otherwise use the image in any way
I WILL NOT do something that confuses me. DON'T ask me to make a hybrid between some videogame character, a Rancor, and a kitten. Not even if I get links to references of those.
DO NOT send me a reference thats 200x400px. If I can't see it, I won't draw it.
My schedule tends to change drastically, fast. I tend not to promise commissions by a certain time because of this, and I DO NOT PROMISE any kind of price reduction if this is the case.
I reserve the right to refuse commissions
I reserve the right to use the commission for future advertising and personal work, though I will not RESELL an image (except under the above circumstances)
If I have any kind of issue with the commission (say, my tablet broke or my colored pencils were stolen), I will attempt to contact you and renegotiate to see if you would rather have the commission as is for the standard price of that level (example: ORDERED: digital colored sketch; ISSUE: computer with GIMP crashed; PROPOSED SOLUTION: offer as sketch at the current sketch price
Post like you've had an education and own a properly working keyboard. I don't want to go to my inbox and see five "LIKE, OMGEEZ WILL U DRAW MAH KARACKTER ([link]) LIKE THAT WUD B SO TTLY AWSUM CUZ ITS SO KAWAII AND ID LUV U 4EVR IF YOU MADE HER BE KISSN NARUTO LIKE PASHUNUTLEE. KTHXBAI " (if your keyboard is broken or caps is stuck, that sucks. On my old computer, the letter G stopped working entirely. Just tell me, I'll understand.)
Tips make me feel appreciated and makes it more likely for me to open requests/commissions in the future.
