Deviation Actions
These days we've been getting a lot of awesome submissions, but for some reason, many people are seemingly convinced that this group is one of the few, the the proud, the only Tutorial Groups in existence on deviantART. This is not true, there are several other tutorial groups out there, amazing, I know. So I thought I'd take the time to feature a few of these groups.
If you submission is ever denied, or you simply don't like how we do things, I would encourage you to check out one or more of the following groups:
Divine-Tutorials
This group, as its name might suggest, has some quality standards, though they're not incredibly high. They also accept off-site resources. Interestingly enough, they also take tutorial requests.
Tutorial-Island
An awesome little group that is just as dedicated to Tutorials as we are.
TutorialsClub
A widely popular group and one of the larger Tutorials groups out there. They accept off-site resources.
DACipher
A very cool little group that seeks to help all those who want it. They accept any decent tutorial and encourage all the join in on the fun.
ArtistsHospital
An interesting little group that seeks to help all those who need it. Very similer to dACipher, except Aritst's Hospitol accepts all resources.
Manga-Apps
A group designed for the budding mangakans of deviantART, providing simple tutorials and other manga-related resources.
If you have some personal faves, feel free to leave a comment!

New Join Rules
After quite a bit of thinking, the rules for joining Tutorial City have changed:
:bulletblue: All join requests are now put up to a vote
:bulletblue: Requests must include a link to one tutorial you made Failure to comply will result in your request being denied. One simple link isn't hard to do. ;)
:bulletblue: If you are not here to contribute tutorials, then you can just +watch us and still enjoy the group. :)
These rules will only be applied to future members. Current members can relax because JRCnrd (https://www.deviantart.com/jrcnrd) can't be bothered to poke through the thousands of members and kick out the inactive ones. :shifty:
Help a Writer Out
TehAngelsCry (https://www.deviantart.com/tehangelscry) is currently taking tutorial requests and wants feedback on their tutorials. Check her journal for more info.
Languages offically accepted by this group
This is a bit late, but I'll be honest... I forgot. :slow: But better late then never, right? :dummy:
We have admins fluent in the following languages
:bulletgreen:English (English) (Duh)
:bulletgreen:Deutsch (German)
:bulletgreen:Polski (Polish)
:bulletgreen:Español (de México) (Spanish (Mexican))
:bulletgreen:русский (Russian)
Want to expand this list? Send us a contributor app and get in on it! :eyes:
Contributor app rules are on our front page!
Foreign Lauguages Update
I have decided to update our Foreign Language policy, based on the many languages our admins speak. The current policy displayed on our front page is very much out of date, as we have accepted tutorials in the past that were written in languages ranging from Spanish to Finnish, and not just English and German. :slow: Over the next week, I shall be compiling a full list of languages we will accept tutorials in, based on those spoken by the admins. :meow:
