How to: Register your horse

Important!
_{Before you start registering your horse, you MUST be a member of the group.

How to register your horse:

• Firstly, look at how you should count the horse's CP here: fav.me/d3lsjko

• Post the following information on the horse's personal ref (in the artist comment box):
  - Typical reference image information (i.e.  name, age, breed, gender etc)
  - All images used to count HIEF points (links + CP amount for each)
  - All show placings with proof (show results journals OR trophy/ribbon with your name in the artist's comments)
  - A total amount of points for quick review, ideally for each section (show images total, training total etc)

• Once you've written the above,
  - Write what level your horse is in (if it's a one star, two star etc)
  - Provide an icon link in the artist comment box in the same place where you counted the art
  (write it without the space like this :icon H-I-E-F: )

• Double check that all links work and that you counted right. If a link doesn't work, it will not count!
  Also remember that an image can only be counted once, so it can not be put as both training AND show entry etc.

• Send a NOTE to the group titled "Horse registration".
  You may register multiple horses in the same note.

• In the note, we need following info:
  - A link to the horse ref, where we find point info etc.

And that's it.
However have patience - registrations may take 1-2 weeks to get through, if we are very busy!


NOTICE!
_{If your horse has enough CP to reach the Four Star level, it will need a new reference. You will have to use our template (download it here: fav.me/d8cumt0) and draw an original picture to use.
NOTE! The picture used must be original (this means no premade linearts/greyscales etc). You can use your old reference picture if you wish, but it must comply with the rule above.}

How do I update already registered horses?

• Update the info on the horse's refs with new links and total amount of points etc.

• Send a NOTE to the group titled "Horse update"

• Provide:
  - the level your horse is currently in, as in before the update (one star, two star etc) + the updated level
  - a link to the horse's ref in the note

• Wait for our reply

Are there any limits on registered horses?
_{All breeds, types, genders, heights and disciplines are welcome. Also includes both natural horses and made up breeds/fantasy horses.
But equines only for horse registrations, naturally - so no dogs, dragons etc on this part.
