Outlined in this blog are the rules to all the galleries. Please read and follow them.

Note: Failure to follow these rules may result in your deviation being declined or removed from the gallery without further notice.

If you think something has been removed in error, please send the group a note.

:bulletred: Gallery
The Gallery is for member submissions only. Folder rules to follow.

:bulletred: Faves
The Faves gallery is for non-member submissions only. Member may submit their favorite pieces to this gallery.

:bulletred: No Duplicates
You may not submit multiple deviations of the same object or scene. You must collate them into a single deviation. Duplicates will be deleted indiscriminately.

:bulletred: No Erotic Content
While we accept artistic nudes, we don't accept erotic content.

Aside from the rules above, the guidelines for the folders listed in each are the same for both galleries:

:bulletred: Featured
- All deviations in featured will be selected at random by the staff.  Please do not request to be featured for we cannot honor it.

:bulletred: Submission Cap
You are permitted to submit 2 deviations per week, unless you are submitting tutorials or resources, which are uncapped.

The below galleries are moderated:
:bulletgreen: Works in Progress
-This gallery is for submitting work in progress.  It is possible to put works you want critiques on in this folder, but there is no promises that you will receive one.

:bulletgreen: Character Models
-This gallery is for deviations depicting models of characters: Humans, animals, aliens, sentient plants, real, or fantasy. Only characters modelled by the deviant may be submitted to this gallery

:bulletgreen: Tutorials and Resources
-This gallery has nothing in the root, instead deviations are split into self-explanatory sub folders. We moderate this section to make sure only tutorials and resources are submitted, and that they go to the correct folder.

This is to ensure the correct categories are used.

The galleries listed below are automatically approved. Submissions are limited to two per deviant per week

:bulletgreen: Stock Models
-This gallery is for deviations depicting models of characters: Humans, animals, aliens, sentient plants, real, or fantasy. Here we accept both scenes and individual renders of stock characters. This includes any characters which you have downloaded and someone else has modelled and/or textured. All poser art goes in here.

:bulletgreen: Object Models
-This gallery is for props, objects, and still life renderings.
-This gallery also acts as a sort of "Catch all" folder for deviations which cannot be placed in other galleries, such as plants or fauna which do not act as "Characters."

:bulletgreen: Robots and Vehicles
-This gallery is for vehicles, such as cars, trains, planes, or other means of locomotion.
-Mechs, robots and spaceships belong in this gallery.

:bulletgreen: Abstract and Surreal
-This gallery is for deviations depicting abstract and surreal renders, to varying degrees.
-Abstract is defined as a simplified or stylized version of real life subjects.
-Surreal is defined as "dream-like" subjects
-Non-objective subjects belong in this gallery as well.

:bulletgreen: Landscapes and Exteriors
-This gallery is for renders of building exteriors, landscapes and combinations of both.
-Outdoor scenes belong here
-Conceptual building models belong here as well
-So do Archvis models of exterior spaces.

:bulletgreen: Interiors

-Indoor scenes not depicting a subject belong here
-Conceptual indoor scenes belong here as well

:bulletgreen: Animations and Interactive
-This gallery is for deviations which show an animation or interactive deviation (such as flash) which uses 3D software as a basis for its creation.
-This gallery also allows deviations created with the exclusive intention of linking to an animation or interactive creation which is located off-site.

:bulletgreen: Composite Scenes
-Scenes which could fit in multiple other categories go here
-All composite scenes need to have some sort of visual story and a clear subject

:bulletgreen: Traditional Sculpture
-All hand-made and phyisical sculptures go here.
-This section includes sculpture in one main material, like busts and model mockups, we do not accept abstract or composite work.
