!!! NEW RULE - we DO NOT accept AI generated art !!!
Becoming a Member
1. Read section 'Rules' Below.
2. Click the "Join this Group" at the big blue bar at the top of the page.
3. This request requires moderator review - please patiently for your request to be moderated and accepted to the group.
Note - you don't need to be a member if you just want to watch the group. You do, however, need to be a member to submit artwork.
How to submit work
You can submit work in one of two methods, which method suits you will depend on whether or not your deviation (work) is already submitted to DeviantART.
Submitting new work
1. Read sections titled 'Quality', 'Watermarks' and 'Rules'.
2. Refer to section titled 'Categories' to identify what folder your work belongs in.
3. Access that folder through the group gallery and click 'submit to gallery/submit to folder' on the top right of the page. Alternatively, submit your work from your deviation page by clicking 'add to group' button (at the left side below your artwork) and choose the correct folder.
4. Please wait patiently for your work to be moderated and accepted to the group.
Quality
Low effort submissions will not be accepted. 'Low effort' is recognized in pieces that demonstrate a lack of care and attention.
This does not intend to discriminate against beginner artists as effort and skill are judged individually.
Watermarks
Artwork covered in overtly obtrusive watermarks will most likely be rejected as this affects the integrity of the piece.
Rules
Work MUST be pixel art or it will be declined. Pixel art is artwork that has been produced with the binary/pencil tool to individually place pixels, with no/ to very little 'tooling' (use of other tools such as blurring) present.
Stolen or copied work is forbidden and will be declined and reported. This includes any AI art, as image generators nowadays use stolen art.
We accept image files saved as .GIF and PNG only. .SWF, .RAR and .ZIP are accepted for animated or archived files.
Submit similar works in one file; For example, do not submit 5 different frames integral to the same image as 5 different deviations or they will be rejected.
Work that is submitted to incorrect categories, in breach of the above rules or against DeviantART's TOS will be rejected or removed from the group.
Advertising is allowed, but ONLY in the advertisement folder! No advertising on the group page.

Faesu (https://www.deviantart.com/faesu) makes vast improvement in all fields within their entry. Shading is fit for purpose and reflects the scene well. Interesting composition, as if we're looking into a glass or terrarium of sorts. Simple techniques used but reflect the subject well, as to be expected, nothing looks crisp underwater
