Staff Positions Descriptions

Welcome to the Group OCTFollowers where your Original Character Tournament needs are met!

Here are the Group Staff Rankings and Job Descriptions. This page is designed to guide you to the appropriate admin to address any problem or situations.  For example, if you are an OCT host interesting in having a chart made for your OCT, look here to see who charting staff members are! Other examples of staff jobs are Group Artists, Scouters, and Directory Monitors.

Want to be an administrator?  Send OCTFollowers a note with the subject line "Joining as" followed by one or more of these position types:

Scout - A scout is responsible for finding unlisted OCTs and adding them to the registry.  Easier said than done, but this is highly needed service.

Directory Monitor - As our list of tournaments grows, it's getting harder to keep track of changes in their status.  Directory monitors are responsible for tracking updates to the tournaments currently within our regristry.

Group Artist -  Group artists chart completed OCTs, and create resources, such as ID card templates, reference sheet templates, and more.  Right now we have charts for nine tournaments.  Our goal is to chart for most completed OCTs.  Furthermore, we're not satisfied with just sharing information; we want to provide resources.  If you have more ideas about what to provide, your suggestions are most welcome!


And if you'd like to help in some other way, we're always open to comments and suggestions.

Please bear in mind that you don't have to be a full member to help out, you don't have to meet some kind of quota, and you don't have to stay with us forever.  We're volunteers, not cultists.
