By downloading and using my stock you are agreeing to abide by my terms of use below, and it is in your best interests to understand them. Failing to follow my terms will result in me asking you to remove my stock from your art.

• My stock does not belong in the public domain, The entire contents of my gallery, be that unrestricted or restricted stock, personal artwork or photography are all subject to full copyright law.
• The license I provide - as detailed on this page - is extended to DA members only.
• DeviantART, its owners etc do not own the copyright to my stock or artwork submitted to this site. As stated in the submission policy here: about.deviantart.com/policy/su…
• Stock providers - if you wish to borrow my terms of use for your own stock galleries you absolutely may!

UNRESTRICTED LOCATION STOCK
IMPORTANT - YOU CAN ONLY FIND UNRESTRICTED STOCK IN THE FOLLOWING FOLDER HERE UNRESTRICTED STOCK FOLDER
The unrestricted stock has a GREEN info/copyright strip on the physical image, and whilst it is unrestricted, it is still subject to full copyright law, my work is not public domain.

THINGS YOU CAN DO WITH MY UNRESTRICTED LOCATION STOCK

Derivative Personal or commercial work, EG photomanipulations, digital, mixed media, traditional, refs, school/college/uni work, tutorials (do not redistribute the original file in your tutorial) prints through DA or other print services, and yes horse manips are ok. 

• I HEREBY GRANT ALL DEVIANT ARTISTS PERMISSION TO USE MY STOCK IN ANY AND ALL DEVIANTART PRINTS WITHOUT RESTRICTION. 
• PLEASE Credit and notify me. Whilst this is not a requirement on my unrestricted stock, it is still appreciated as I love to see what people do with my work! Don't forget that DA requires you to credit all stock and resources you use in your work!

THINGS YOU CANNOT DO WITH MY UNRESTRICTED LOCATION STOCK 

• Redistribute my stock images "as is", your work must be a significant derivative please - this includes resource files for tutorials
• Create "Premades" or "precuts" from this stock
• Use my stock in any artwork that contains illegal/copyright infringing images taken from Google (or other search engines) or celebrity photographs
• Claim it as your own
• Share it on social media sites "as is"

RESTRICTED LOCATION AND MODEL STOCK
IMPORTANT - unless explicitly stated, all stock in my gallery is restricted (with the exception of my unrestricted stock folder - see above)
All my model and location stock is subject to the following terms of use
PLEASE NOTE - RESTRICTED STOCK HAS RED OR BLACK INFO STRIPS ON THE PHYSICAL IMAGE (In the case of very old stock they might have no info strip but are still subject to the same terms)

THINGS YOU ARE REQUIRED TO DO WHEN USING MY RESTRICTED LOCATION OR MODEL STOCK

• To credit me in the details of your deviation. :iconelandria: or :develandria:  or a link to the stock deviation
• To notify me with a link to your work by commenting on the original stock, or by note as soon as you post your work.

THINGS YOU CAN DO WITH MY RESTRICTED LOCATION AND MODEL STOCK

• Do not Redistribute this stock image "as is"
• Do not claim it as your own
• Do not share it on social media sites "as is"
• Do not submit my work with minor edits to the photography gallery as "touch-ups" or "post edit work" (Minor changes such as hue/saturation, post edits, HDR/black and white dodging/ burning/ blending/ touch-ups with my stock is not permitted.)
• No use of restricted stock to create "Premade Stock", "Precut Stock" "Premade book covers" from this stock E.G. for Wattpad et al** see info below
• No use of restricted stock in any artwork that contains illegal/copyright infringing images taken from Google (or other search engines) or celebrity photographs.
• No use of restricted stock in any corporate contests run by DeviantART or separately by outside companies/magazines where the winning work will be used commercially.
• No use of restricted stock in tubing, glitter tags, signature tags, icons, "DeviantArt Secrets", website layouts or banners.
• No use of restricted stock wallpapers for external sites such as desktop nexus or wallpapers.com et al
• No use of restricted stock in creation of roleplay avatars/character profiles. 
• No use of restricted stock in racist/political/derogatory/fetish/nude work.

COMMERCIAL USE TERMS FOR RESTRICTED LOCATION STOCK

• PLEASE BE AWARE - I do not allow commercial use of my restricted location stock due to the fees involved in gaining any necessary property releases - which can be exorbitantly expensive. You are welcome to contact me to discuss it via email as above, however, please be aware that I am likely to refuse all requests for commercial use on my restricted location stock because of costs involved in getting a property release on top of my fees which I am not in control of. Sorry. Please check out my unrestricted location stock folder for alternatives which can be used commercially.

COMMERCIAL USE TERMS FOR RESTRICTED MODEL STOCK

• Commercial model releases must be purchased prior to the work being made commercially available - please see below.
• Any commercial work where you are being paid for your services and wish to use my restricted model stock requires the purchase of a commercial model release which must be organized beforehand. Please contact me directly by email - xelandriax at gmail dot com for details of fees relating to your project.

BOOK COVER RESTRICTIONS

• I do not allow my restricted model or location stock to be used to make mock/ hypothetical/ premade/ personal book/album covers or other media - please contact me to discuss your project before you use my stock. I cannot stress this enough. This includes but is not limited to Nanowrimo stories, Wattpad and other similar literature sites.

LICENSES AVAILABLE FOR RESTRICTED MODEL STOCK:

10-year DIGITAL ONLY model release - for example, Ebook covers, print on demand services for Ebook covers up to 10,000 units or traditional/digital reference work etc - Starts from £50 (Pounds sterling)

Full commercial model release - for paper print book covers, album covers and all other prints/ printed merchandise - pricing depends on the size of print run or units. Starts from £100 (Pounds sterling)

10-year Exclusive commercial model release - covers all digital and printed media with exclusive use of the image for 10 years - the image will be removed from my galleries for the period. Please contact me and provide project details for accurate pricing.

Prints permission is only granted automatically for use on DeviantART - IE Print on Demand services.
