Description
Periodically, Jareth gets bored and decides to pick on one of the other guys for awhile. Spike is . . . probably not the best choice. The abilities to fly and manipulate time, however, make His Highness a bit cocky. (Also, apparently, his new hairstyle. I'm experimenting with different ways of shading it.)
For anyone who's not a Buffy fan, angry Spike looks weird in that one panel on purpose. The vampires of that canon get weird, vaguely Klingon-ish faces when they're getting ready to attack someone. (That's also when the fangs show up.) So that's "I'm a vampire" Spike for you.
This is partly leading up to an explanation of how the Hall of Villain Crushes interacts with the various characters' canons. Again, for non-Buffy peeps (spoilers): Spike becomes significantly less dangerous (mostly) when, in Season Four, he's implanted with a brain chip that makes him unable to hurt humans. Thus his desire to punch Lucius, that he might prove he does not have the chip.
Next time: a cartoon requiring less explanation!
