This is a derivative work. Original artwork is not mine. (I got it from a ten-year-old t-shirt!) I never could find who was the original-source artist

After much clean-up and enhancement of a scanned image, I generated the lacquered, 3D raised-relief appearance by using the Photoshop "plastic wrap" filter
