Even after Max is thrown into a world of "primal chaos" *hint hint*, Bradley with his drug use (only known to smoke weed at this point, but you can never be too sure) and his whores (which I literally picked out extras from both the 1995 movie and its sequel, and FRITZ THE CAT)--
It seems that Max almost ignores this, he might even be accepting it after what Bradley told them on their 2nd encounter:
"Never say that again" in response to the boy's question "I love you?"
So now it's implied that their relationship is a casual thing.
Do they have sex every night?? Absolutely not. They're in college and they're involved with sports and their studies like everyone else.
At this point the other Gammas, and Bobby and PJ, don't take notice of their leaders' slight change of schedules.
Since Max Goof "Ahyucked", Bradley Uppercrust now considers him to be a friend (I guess that's kinda sweet), and now AFTER they, uh-- go at it-- They're finally getting to know one another through civil conversations.
You know the typical conversations:
"What's your favorite kind of music?"
"Rock"
"Ever listened to classical?"
"You like that stuff??"
"Uh, no."
"Favorite color? Sport? etc etc etc"
They find in some odd way that they're more alike than they thought, only that Max comes from the suburbs and Bradley from the high end rich family; this explains why the Gamma House has quite a bit of riches..

At the bottom of the page I wanted to make fun of the line "And he's a poet" from the Mary Juana comic page, where Max first discovers that Brad is a druggie.
Apparently rich boys are taught Shakespeare at an early age (and go to Sunday School 8D), ingrained into their memory and somehow brought out when under the influence.
Max prefers the high version of his "friend" over the sober, extremely arrogant type, probably because they don't get into fights for it.
Just so you know, Bradley refuses to smoke regular old cigarettes. More jokes on that later.
