I would be pleased with this image if I had created it myself. The aesthetic is immediately arresting, and balanced. There is something very phantasmagorical about the image of swans on the ocean.
I love that it's a water featured picture, but all the colours are warm. If I look very closely I can tell that it was digitally created, but it doesn't make me grind my teeth like some digital art, and it could pass for an oil painting fairly easily.
The swans appear to be made of crystal, and are the right balance of stylized and realistic. I'm fascinated by the way you managed to portray a wealth of colour in their plumage, and yet, one still receives the impression of pristine whiteness.
My only criticism is of the strokes in the upper sky. This texture is a little bit rougher than the rest of the picture, and detracts slightly, (although not wholly) from the elegance of the featured theme. The actual ratio of contrast, and direction of the strokes in the sky, do in fact fit with the picture, but the swans, and the crystaline waters are so fine, that that one part of the sky seems slightly inconsistent. If I blur my vision slightly it all fits, but if I'd done it myself, I'd want to smooth that part out a bit.
On the whole a brilliant creation. One to feel proud of.
