This is one of the character designs of the new comic I'm in the process of doing.
Thousands of years ago, those we call mythical creatures walked on the Earth, living in peace with mankind. But mankind grew. It's population began to overwhelm that of the beasts it shared it's planet with. As mans population grew larger, they also grew greedier. Man began to hunt the creatures until there were no more than a handful of each left. Finally, the Phoenix gathered the creatures together and said to them: "We used to live in peace with mankind, but now they have betrayed the sacred bond we once held with them. From this day forward, our kind and theirs are enemies. We shall do all within our power to make sure man feels the pain that we have felt." From then on, a team was formed on Earth. A team of Beasts whose destiny it was to disrupt and upset the lives of the humans who had hunted the Beasts to all but extinction.
My name is Danielle Sameh. I am eleven-twelve next Summer. Even though I am so young, I am already in the 8th grade. Originally, I am from Egypt, but I moved away from there a a very young age. Still, because of my high intellect, I speak Afrikaans, flawlessly with no accent as well as English and seven other languages.Gabe and Fèng say that I am being rude, but I'm just saying the truth. Chi says that I am bragging. I'm not, just stating facts. But they do not understand this. Do you? I am the Sphinx.
The Sphinx is the Great Egyptian monster. The sphinx is thought to be a monument to the pharaoh and of the god Horus in its aspect as Haurun-Harmakhis. It has a leonine(lion) body and a human head. The hero Oedipus solved her riddle and she killed herself.
The Sphinx's Riddle is as follows: What goes on four legs in the morning, on two legs at noon, and on three legs in the evening?

I like her outfit! And all her shininess! Also, the sphinx-sphinx is colored awesomely! When I first saw it, I thought maybe you'd taken a computer image from somewhere.
