So here we have Howard Moon Jr. or Howie as she prefers to be called. She is the daughter of Old Gregg and Howard Moon. Who are they you might ask? [link] Read up. You can also find the episode on youtube if you want to watch it. I stress though, NOT for younger viewers.

Some backstory:
Howard tried to run after first escape from the scaly manfish but he was captured yet again. Old Gregg managed to do awful, dirty things to Howard and eventually Old Gregg got pregnant. Considering that Old Gregg has that "mangina" of his, it's totally plausible. Gregg was set on naming the little guppy after his beloved Howard and still stuck with the name even after realizing that the baby turned out a girl. Howard often runs away from Gregg (is that really a surprise?) and Gregg must go after him. Not wanting his precious Howard Jr. to get hurt, he sent Howie to live with his sister's family, who just so happens to have a son name Marcus Waters.

So yeah, Howie's Marcus' cousin. That's also a reason why I had to make her. How could I turn down giving Marcus angst? X3 She also attends Monster Middle School, not the high school. And she has a bit of a stalkerish crush on ~KPenDragon's Oliver Time. I'm sorry, Ollie. XD
