He doesn't have a back story or name as of yet. Hes wearing a typical Togabito mask though he lacks the cloak for entering the human world.
If he is one of the Togabito loyal to Baraggan he no longer needs the mask or cloak as Baraggan now controls the Kushanada (Guardians of Hell)
He is fairly powerful but mostly uses light, fast attacks.
