Literature Text

The stars collapse
On once an eve
When ghouls their graves
They do leave
And blackened skies doth
Light their way
The winded roads of
Those who pay

The stars collapse
Their eyes close swift
The moon does glow
A white sky rift
And watches over
Houses dark
Traveling in
The wanderer's park

The stars collapse
And when they light
Their eyes gaze over
The dreadful sight
And watch as those
Poor souls do moan
And whisk them on
To their heavenly home

And when the stars collapse that night
Myself will take that hasty flight
And leave this body here to rot
Leaving you with but no thought
My poetry is so straight forward...I don't understand how to do symbolism.

For the Poetry Screams contest, possibly...
