Meet Tomi, Neko's son.
Like his mom, he's changed a lot over the years... he was always colored like she was, but originally he was half dragon. He also didnt really have any hair to speak of, mostly just a bit of fluff on the top of his head. But I was recently inspired by an RP with a friend of mine and it resulted in the mop of a hair style you see now. I think it fits him pretty well.
