Hesitantly you knocked on your boyfriend's door, your mind was racing.
"Vee~ _____ is here!" you heard him say behind the door. A cat started to paw lightly at the door while meowing loudly. "That's right kitty! My bella _____ is here! Kitty, kitty, kitty, kitty!" You couldn't help but smile at the extremely short attention span of your boyfriend.
"Feli please just open the door…"
"Oh! Right! Veee~ Sorry!" he apologized as he unlocked the door and opened it. You immediately threw your arms around his neck and kissed both his cheeks in greeting.
The Italian smiled childishly as he pressed his lips against yours then pulled away. "I made your favorite kind of pizza bella!" You felt your cheeks flush as he called you beautiful in Italian.
"A-actually Feli…. I have something important to tell yo-"
"AND I PUT LOTS OF EXTRA CHEESE ON IT FOR YOU," he interrupted as he pulled you into his kitchen.
"Feli please list-….. wait….. cheese?" you grinned, cheese being one of the many things you had been craving.
"Si! Only for you, my bella _____! Vee~!" he said as he cut you a slice and gave it to you. You immediately scarfed it down. "Oh! Did you not eat yet today _____?" You smirked as you started listing off at least two things from every food group that you had ingested earlier in the day.
"How'd you put it all in there vee~??" he exclaimed as he poked your slightly distended stomach.
You giggled and pushed his hand away while you said, "Well I'm eating for two now…"
"Two? Why vee~?" he asked innocently.
You sighed and waited a moment for the Italian to figure it out. He wasn't the brightest crayon in the crayon box.
His whole face immediately brightened as he realized what you meant. "WE'RE HAVING A BABY!?!?!?!" he yelled excitedly.
You covered your ears and nodded. He took you into his arms and twirled around with you in his large kitchen.
"So you're happy then?" you asked as he put you down.
"Of course! We'll have a beautiful baby! But… I have a question… vee~"
You weren't surprised, "okay?"
"How old does a baby have to be before you can feed it pasta? Vee~?"

Overall Vision Originality Technique ImpactI found this very entertaining! You presented Feliciano very well: I actually liked the number of times you used the word "ve". It really allowed me to hear his voice in my mind's narration of your story. That's an important skill for any fan story!
Not only did you portray him very well, but the vagueness of the second character (the reader) was perfect. You allowed the reader to be themselves within your story, which is very important. I enjoy stories like this more than the ones that dictate who the reader is. I could actually picture what was going on!
I absolutely adored the last bit of dialogue. It is something very imaginable: I'm sure Feliciano would be asking exactly that question were the situation portrayed here to arise. You get five stars almost all around!
However, this is a story I've heard many times over. It does appear to be a popular thing, with good reason of course, and you wrote it the best I've read so far, but something slightly different than the "surprise! I don't live with you and we're not married, but I'm pregnant!" thing is definitely something you'd be great at writing!
Overall (to wrap up my long winded critique...) excellent work. Despite what my profile may say, I'm not a new Deviant (just a new account), and I've read my fair share of stories. This is definitely one of the best so far. I hope to see more of this caliber.
