Being a cubone, it is a given that Copper lost his mother somehow, but there are rumors about a tragedy that involved his family; he refuses to share any details about the event, but will occasionally answer questions with a tired sigh. Regardless, the incident changed him, and he has been an unyielding pessimist ever since. He doesn’t enjoy socializing with others, and for some reason, Denim is the only exception.
