Magical dragon

This is my second time submitting, hope I am doing it right. Although I have done artwork before, primarily for school projects, this is the first one that I absolutely love. I wanted to credit the artist who I got the background from, it's such a gorgeous background and it blended really well with the project. As I am an amateur, you will probably see some inconsistencies an mistakes or things that I could have either done better or without, but overall, I think it came out pretty decent, not bad for a beginner I think. I hope with more work that I try to do, that I get better at it. This one goes as a sequel to the first one that I did. Remember, still learning so it is not perfect or precise. Appreciate any helpful comments that I can learn from.
