This is Burping and Talking Pumbaa from Lion King plush collection being sold exclusively at WalMart in the U.S.A. as part of the re-release of the Lion King this year.
When you stick one of the supplied bugs down Pumbaa's throat he talks and farts. Also if you play with his tail he farts too. This Pumbaa plush is 9½" tall, 7" wide and 7½" deep (excluding tail). He is made by JustPlay.
