CONTEST DETAILS

In order to better understand your character's personality and potential development, I'd like the contestants base their art/story on the character they are entering.
It is highly recommended to do a background story based on the reason/trigger event to why said character became a Hero or Villain.

If unable to do a background story, note me about basing your piece on a present/future life changing event.

There are two options to choose from the contest.

Art is judged based on:
Effort
Details
Colour
Expression
Cleanliness.
If using bases, weekly interaction from past until present with other SGPA members is considered.
Include a background if you are doing a 2D art piece.

In Artist's Comment, include an Artist statement. Which means: Why did you draw/paint this? What are you showing? What are the references (if) you used? What are your mediums (materials used)? etc.

Using mediums other than art programs does not effect judging. However, you must take a good picture.

Short Story/One-Shot requirements:
1500 words Minimum.
Effort.
Grammar.
Character study
Use of at least 3 characters.

There should be at least 5 characters accepted from each gender.
Roles that are available:
Anti-heros x2 (NPC)
Villains x3 (NPC)
Healer x1 (NPC)
Rogue x1 (Party Member)
Fighter x2 (Party Member)
Special Powers x2 (Party Member)

Depending on the situation concerning winning characters, they may or may not be Romance-able options.

I just needed some picture to stick in. Oh gosh, I suck at waterpaint. So I screwed with photoshop to make it more interesting in terms of texture.
Now it's uglier.
Yay me.


To those who submitted on time, your piece will have higher priority to the others due to your time and effort to make it before the deadline.
