♠Personality
He is generally untrusting of other people, especially in the castle, so he usually acts cold to distance himself, but gradually drops his guard. However, when meeting someone new or at a formal event like a Ball he acts extremely courteous and flattering. Being raised as royalty he is very well educated, and has flawless manors when he chooses to use them. Although he seems harsh at times he actually gets flustered and embarrassed very easily, and is a hopeless dreamer. He has a horrible sense of direction and gets lost frequently (even in the castle sometimes) He likes children and Alice because they tend not to care about status or reputation. He's a bit tsundere, he acts as if he doesn't care about people's opinion of him, but he actually craves acceptance. He does however depend on the people he learns to trust.

♣History
Aliv was born into the royal family and was celebrated as a prince of the fraction. His family pampered him, and filled his life with personal tudors right away to prepare him for all the responsibilities that he would inherit. However one day, when Aliv was 7, during sparring he wandered away from the castle and got lost. He ended up meeting a boy his age from a neighboring fraction and went home with him after playing in the woods for hours together. The mother recognizing the prince in an instant and had him returned to his family. Although they allowed him back into the castle rumors quickly spread of his deed. Soon people started to talk, The Hearts Fraction being so secluded and exclusive, they said he was "Tainted" and "Bad luck." After awhile his own family was ashamed of him and all but disowned him. Ostracized by nearly everyone in the castle, Aliv became bitter. He constantly dreams about going past the castle walls again one day, living freely, and seeing the rest of the world. But he knows that if he leaves, he wont be as lucky as to get let back in again.

♥Additional info: He's an awkward little derp, and finds it hard to jump into conversations a lot of the time. But if you get to know him he's very considerate.
