This has been one HELL of a year.
SO for background for those who don't know me too well. I've only been doing digital art for a year and a few months. Joined August 2010 knowing NOTHING about how to digital color or anything.
Oh boy did that change.
This meme captures the moment from when my art started gaining velocity to now. In this time period I went from somewhat mediocre to... well this. Not bad for my first year. I am a sonic-related artist so big deal, but I entered the fandom as it was losing momentum, but I still got a LOT done. Starting off as just an RP noob to what you see here.
Huge case of whiplash.
Anyway, I selected my favorites from each month to include in this. I've learned alot and (while it may not be too evident on this) I pretty much went form not knowing what the bucket tool was or how to change brush opacity to ... well see for yourself.
Thanks guys for the support and such through this year (as I've just topped the 1500 mark as of recent) and that says alot about the impact so far.
Let's keep this up, shall we?
