Please send a note with the title 'Commission Request' and include the required information, so I can properly provide a quote for you. You may include any details, stories, references or anything you feel is relevant. I may request more information as I work on the image as needed.

PAYMENT

Before I can work on your commission, you must pay via [PayPal] to julius.cowan@gmail.com in either one of two ways:

Full

50-Now, 50-Later

_{Pay half for to start and pay the final half once the commissioned work is complete.}

Once payment is complete you are entitled to a high rez image which can be sent to you through email.

Please include your username and 'Commission Request' in the subject line and a short description of what you are paying for in the text along with the payment. If you don't have PayPal, it is easy to set up and you don't necessarily need an account.

WHAT I CAN AND WON'T DO

I can render pretty much anything as long as it remains tasteful in my opinion and does not violate dA rules. To be a little more specific in what I refuse to do, I won't make images that are:

offensive to individuals, people, or groups

hyperviolent or goretastic and

pornographic in nature

Ultimately it is up to me to decide if it is appropriate to work with or not.

A LITTLE ABOUT REQUESTS AND ART TRADES

Requests and art trades are typically produced at a much slower pace and due to the unpaid nature of such work, they are generally made at a rougher level than commissions, as commissions themselves are a higher priority.

TERMS OF SERVICE(SIMPLIFIED)

1. Terms

In order to use this service, you agree that you are to follow all applicable laws and Conditions of Use. If you don't agree, you can't use this service. All of the artworks made by JECBrush are copyrighted.

2. Use License

a. You can download and have copies of the commissioned artwork in digital format for personal, non-commercial use only. This gives you permission to have one, but you do not own it and,
i. You may not edit the artwork,
ii. You may not use the artwork for earn any money or publicly display it (even for non-profit purposes),
iii. You may not remove watermarks, logos, or signatures on the artwork,
iv. You may not send the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on another server.
b. If you break these rules, you will lose your permission to have the artwork and you must destroy the artwork and copies in electronic or printed format.

This will protect your ideas from being stolen by someone else!

3. Disclaimer and Revisions

a. The commissioned artwork is made "as is" once it is Completed. Once Completed, JECBrush will not make further requested changes. In order for the artwork to be Completed, You and JECBrush must confirm the art as Completed. Only a few final edits will be allowed prior to completion. I can make changes without notice.}
